ABOUT DR SIYASANGA
DLULANI Dr Siyasanga Dlulani is a friendly and passionate gynaecologist and obstetrician based in Gqeberha. He was born in Transkei, Mthatha town, as an only child at home, where he early childhood and schooling years in Mthatha.
After high school, Dr Dlulani joined the WSU medical programme. While Training as a 4th year student he gained interest in Obstetrics and Gynecology. In his final year of medical school, he knew he had to pursue his passion for Obstetrics. During his internship, he grew even further interest in Obstetrics after meeting and being trained by the great Professor Mabenge at Dora Nginza Hospital.
Post internship, he got a post as a community service doctor at Dora Nginza Hospital. After completion of his community service, Dr Dlulani was enrolled as a Registrar at the same hospital where he was the youngest recruit at the time that had even passed his fellowship before the programme ended. He served the people of Dora Nginza Hospital for a period of 3 years post passing his fellowship as a thank you to Professor Mabenge and his team for giving him the opportunity to fulfill his university dream.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Dlulani finds joy in staying active through training, running, and swimming. These hobbies likely provide him with a balance and outlet for his demanding profession, allowing him to recharge and stay focused on his patients’ needs.
ABOUT THE PRACTICE
The practice is based at Life Mercantile Hospital in Gqeberha. It’s a family based practice to help alleviate the worries of our fragile expecting mothers and our gynae patients to also feel at ease. Practice provides both Obstetric care and Gynae services Team is made up of Dr Dlulani the Practicing obstetrician, our very nice and polite ladies Ms Zizo Matinise and Sihle Daniels that assist the patients at the front and Ms Sive Daniels the Practice Manager.
We create a calming environment for our patients where they can seek and get all the help they so need and deserve. Patients are treated with respect and dignity. We aim to provide the best service in Women’s health.
